5. Payment and Fees

• Creating and managing standard listings is free of charge.
• If QuickCarz.online introduces premium features (e.g., “Boosted” listings), fees will be clearly communicated before purchase.
• All payments for premium features, if any, are final and non-refundable once the service is activated.

6. Limitation of Liability

• QuickCarz.online acts as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any vehicle listed on our platform.
• We are not liable for any disputes, accidents, damages, or losses arising from transactions initiated through QuickCarz.online.
• In no event shall QuickCarz.online’s total liability exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to us in the preceding six months.
